Finally we have some good news to share. Pending home sales in the South rose 2.7% in February. Lower prices remain a key component to attracting buyers in these sales. Other economic data is showing signs of improvement. Hopefully these improvements will lead to an end of the slow market.
Only time will tell...we will see what happens inn the next few months.
